Approaching Villa Ginevra, the first thing you are impressed with is a dominant facade in supreme Mediterranean white stone. In front of it, the dishevelled branches of centennial olive trees create an impression how a perfect holiday home of the 21st century should look like - a unique combination of traditional materials and architectural trends of today.

If we approach the other side, we will discover a pearly blue swimming pool with sundeck, and slightly further away, in the discreet cover of half-shade, an outdoor dining area with barbecue. Stylishly reminding of the luxury yacht interior, a comfortable living room continues to the kitchen with a high-gloss finish with a large, functional "bar", and the convenient, modern dining room.
