The round holes in the terrace walls remind of windows on a ship's cabins, and the transparent glass walls and the exterior fences allow an undisturbed view on the vastness of a beautifully decorated exterior.

There is a swimming pool with a sunbathing area, a large dining table and everything you need for the food preparation and enjoying the outdoors, including a stone barbecue. The living space full of natural light located on the ground floor of the villa consists of a living room with a sitting set, a dining area and a unique kitchen with elements covered with thick glass. An elegant open staircase leads to the floor where the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are located. Villa Melita can accommodate up to 7 people and it is equipped with various leisure amenities so that you will be able to enjoy social games, ride a bike or drink coffee at the covered terrace with an external staircase from which you can also go down to the beach.
