Villa Valter is located in Domijanici, a small village 2 km away from Zminj. 
This 300 year old house is made of stone, which is a traditional construction style in Istria.  The house was renewed with years, but it kept its picturesque charm. 
Guests can enjoy in their private pool, outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor fireplace/BBQ, big terrace with dining area, multiple sets of garden furniture, table tennis and many more. 
Ground floor of the house consists of a living room with a fireplace and PS4 console, kitchen, dining area and 2 bathrooms. 
First floor contains 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 
Free private parking and Wi-fi are available on site. 
It is allowed to bring pets with you (for additional cost).
